Refund policy

14-day refunds

If ImageGrab does not work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment, or within 14 days of a yearly renewal, and we will refund that payment. Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next one.

How to ask

Email imaggrab@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, and tell us your order number or the last 4 characters of your license key. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel anytime from the billing page linked in your receipt email. Paid tools keep working until the end of the period you paid for.

Your rights

This policy does not remove any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
